PRICES

ORDERS / PURCHASES

STOCK
We try to make all jewelry presented in the online store available for fast delivery, 3-5 working days, as indicated in our online store. If the item you are ordering is not in stock and there is a delay in its production after placing your order, you will immediately receive a notice from us mentioning the delay and presenting a new delivery date. We will always be available to resolve any questions and speed up the entire order process.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer or Mbway.
SHIPMENTS
All shipments, national and international, will be made via CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. The registered order has an associated registration number and can be tracked on the CTT website: By entering the link:

The order status will then be displayed. Registered mail in national territory (Continental Portugal), in normal situations, takes 1 business day to reach its destination. In international territory, in normal situations, it takes 4/5 working days. For European Union countries it is €10. National Territory: The order must be delivered to the indicated address. If no one is there to receive it, it will be deposited at the nearest Post Office. You must receive a notice from CTT communicating this situation with the withdrawal deadline. Along with the notice from CTT, you must present your Citizen Card to collect the order. If the order is not collected within the indicated period, it will be returned to the MARIANA MASVIDAL JEWELRY studio, the new shipment will only be made upon new payment of shipping costs. International Territory inside and outside the EU: In the case of shipping to countries outside the European Union, the shipment is also registered initially by CTT (in Portugal) and after arrival in the country of destination by the country’s official national postal company. We only ensure the possibility of following your order through CTT while you are in Portugal. We are not aware of the functioning of other companies in other countries. The order status will then be displayed. Keep in mind that International orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes or import fees when they enter the destination country. We have no knowledge or responsibility for the amount of these fees, as they differ from country to country. You should contact the authorities in your country for more information. Registered mail is not insured mail. If you want to take out insurance, you must be notified via email and pay the extra amount for this insurance, which will be indicated by us after consulting the existing possibilities. After shipping the item, MARIANA MASVIDAL JEWELRY is not responsible for the loss of the order.
GUARANTEE
According to the law established in Portugal, all items have a 2-year warranty, from the date the purchase invoice for them is issued. However, MARIANA MASVIDAL JEWELRY excludes any liability for damage to articles resulting from lack of precaution and inappropriate and neglected use.
REFUND AND RETURNS
Within 30 days of sending the order, it is possible to exchange as long as it is in the condition in which it was purchased and presenting the purchase invoice/warranty certificate. We therefore recommend that if you wish to exchange, you keep the order in the packaging along with the document. Exchange is only permitted for an item of equal or greater value, in the latter case you will have to pay the remaining balance and shipping costs. If the exchange is due to a defect in the articles or a mistake by our company MARIANA MASVIDAL JEWELRY assumes the shipping costs associated with sending the articles. If you want to make an exchange, you must send an email as soon as possible to communicate your desire and reason for the exchange. We do not accept returns.
